The best tool for automated form fills Takes a lot of the manual work out of form filling and PDF generation. User manual could use a bit more work - some features were not obvious as a first time user.

If you have a bulletin board, but don't want to riddle your papers with holes by tacking them up, hot glue the head of a thumbtack to the back of a clothespin; stick that into your board and clip your papers to the clothespin instead. This also works well for those strips of cork above your whiteboards.
Line the paper up at the top of the board and put staples across the top of the paper. Then from the top of the board sweep your hand sideways across the paper and staple every time you reach the side of the board. Once it's stapled, run an open pair of scissors across the bottom and the paper will tear right off!
Use fabric instead of paper to cover your boards. This little hack will save you YEARS of a headache. Measure once, cut, staple and done. Fabric doesn't fade like paper.
Cut a rectangle of fabric large enough to cover the corkboard, plus 3" all around. With fabric upside down on table, place upside down corkboard on top. Fold fabric corners over the back of the corkboard and pin down with thumbtacks. Pin sides of fabric with thumbtacks, holding the fabric taut.
