I like it thus far, however, there should be a discount for students, we are on a budget and this would so help. I have recommended your software to other classmates, i really like it, but somewhat pricey for my basic use.

I am very impressed at the features, especially being able to combine pdf files and edit files. I find navigating to and from the 'My Forms' area a bit clunky. The 'save as' feature takes forever to achieve, too many steps for a file that is already created. For my business, it would be a huge benefit to be able to print out a confirmation page when my faxes have been sent and received. I like to keep such confirmations with the files as proof. All in all, I love the program and am thankful for such a convenient and manageable product.

WH 347 Form A WH-347 is a document used for payroll purposes by the Department of Labor. This form provides space for multiple employees to be listed under a contractor. Work details of each employee can be listed, including their pay rate, dates worked, hours worked, and the appropriate taxes that should be deducted.
Step 1: Have all employees complete a W-4. Step 2: Find or sign up for Employer Identification Numbers. Step 3: Choose your payroll schedule. Step 4: Calculate and withhold income taxes. Step 5: Pay taxes. Step 6: File tax forms & employee W-2s.
A payroll submission becomes certified when the contractor or business owner signs the statement of compliance, which is included in the WH-347 form. The Department of Labor also offers instructions for completing the certified payroll form.
