I loved using this program and I don't mind (too much) paying for it, but at age 78 I don't fill out enough forms t5o justify the expense of subscribing. What about a per use fee?

I do like the ease of use as this is the first time I have used a PDF application. I have just started using Adobe and unfortunately I think I like that better. Not positive yet.

The check mark feature is cool but did not work as smoothly as I'd like. It sometimes just snaps out of the center of where I want to check mark.

Excellent customer service!
I used the pdfFiller when I had no access to a printer- it was efficient and easy to use. However this was a one off and thought I had cancelled my subscription. When I saw I was being charged I was concerned as I have no need for the service on a subscription, however I contacted pdfFiller customer services explaining my situation and I received a very reassuring reply from Max and the pending transaction was cancelled immediately. If I ever need the service again I wouldn’t hesitate to use pdfFiller or recommend them. Outstanding customer service.

Do I have an identity protection pin?
The IP PIN is a six-digit number assigned to eligible taxpayers to help prevent the misuse of their Social Security number on fraudulent federal income tax returns. When you have an IP PIN, it prevents someone else from filing a tax return with your SSN.
