I'm getting used to it. When I was working (I'm retired now), I used Adobe Acrobat frequently, but now that I'm retired, I don't have the cash-flow luxury to own a version of Acrobat. So PDFfiler fits the bill most of the time. I'd have to say that I'm very pleased with the product.

Works well
Works well. Just wish there was a way to sign without the added date and time and logo. No one cares about the logo, they just want a signature that appears real. I still have to print, sign and scan, because of that one issue. Kind of makes it worthless to be able to fill out on line.

Over the top excellent customer service
First and foremost i want to express the excellent customer service i received from Daniel yesterday evening to the wee hours of this morning. i couldn't figure out how to correct or update a form and my computer literacy was no where to be found. I ask Daniel to please have patience with me and he went above and beyond my expectations. Daniel not only spent hours on trying to help me figure out the issue he also walked me through how to send him a screenshot of the issue! Not once did i ever feel rushed or uncomfortable especially when i wasn't able to follow his instructions. He not only walked me through fixing the form; he also helped me fill in some fields i was unable to do. The most awesome experience was he stayed on the line with me the entire time!!! This is the kind of customer service that is such a rare commodity and i was blessed enough to be on the receiving end with Daniel. Storage size of pictures. I can use over 50 pictures in the same document and the file will still be very small. This is important in my dirls

What do you like best?
How easy it is to use! Uploading files right out of my Gmail?! Yes, please. Easily downloaded to just about any location that I want. I'll take that too. Add and edit just about any document. I'm all in.
What do you dislike?
Editing sections to look exactly like the scanned portion can be difficult and sometimes not possible.

I mainly use this for signing and sending documents.

Open the report in Design view.
