I needed a form and you were able to supply it. The problem is that I only needed that one form and would be unlikely to use this service frequently enough for the fees to be worth it for me. I think this could be a very valuable service for those who would be in a place to make use of it.

I didn't want to pay for this feature but it is really a great program. I only wish I would be able to be copied and review status of Signed documents as it progresses without paying additional. Or adding the file for Esign to my personal email sent file.

Sometimes the system will not allow me to download the forms I've edited. Sometimes there are glitches in the system that prevent us from logging in and saving documents. Sometimes system can be a bit slow, I notice it more in the afternoon where people may use the system more.

Best support team I have ever had. I used the dreaded "CHAT" where I usually end up banging my head against the wall. Today I chatted with Sam and I am dumbfounded how great things went! I can honestly say I have NEVER had the satisfaction that I got today! I can't even think of a chat before where I felt human afterwards. Today, I am gobsmacked how well everything went!Sam took care of what I was there for and did it with professionalism like I have NEVER experienced in a chat with a business!I can not say enough about this company! These guys are great I signed up for the free 30 day trial. I barely looked at the program just didn’t have time And there was $120 charge They were very professional about it removed her right away I will use them soon

Add, edit, share & highlight option in one application. Easy to use and must have application if you publish documents frequently.
If you work on PDF files daily it is a must have application. It handles PDF files and let you edit and add content very easily.
- Easy to use tools
- Add text, edit text, highlight, notes etc. many features in one application
- No watermarks which makes it easy to edit and share.
It is working good till now and not found any such cons in the application. Conversion of files do takes times and using advance features needs a pro in that. It gets slower with big files.

Super responsive
Have had an account with these guys for a few years now so its about time I did a review. The features are good and I can do all the things I need to edit documents. If something goes wrong they are super responsive and provide fixes/solutions very quickly. Highly recommended.
