Still on free trial period. Have used it twice and very easy to understand. Filled in a large medical form of 6 pages and had no hassles As I loaded it for my home use and probably will only use it occasionally I think the cost may be unjustifiable for me to continue with it which is a pity. But it is a good product

Time-release drugs use a special technology to release small amounts of the medication into a person's system over a long period of time. This is also referred to as sustained release, extended release, or controlled release. These tend to come in pill form and are simply made to be more potent but dissolve slowly.
The United States Pharmacopeia (USP) defines delayed-release tablets as enteric-coated to delay release of the medication until the tablet has passed through the stomach to prevent the drug from being destroyed or inactivated by gastric juices or where it may irritate the gastric mucosa.
Delayed-release capsules are no-nausea designed, and bypass the stomach to deliver nutrients to the small intestine, where they are more easily absorbed. Capsule's DR cap smoothly dissolves over a three hour period creating a slow, gentle release of nutrients that mimic the way your body digests food.
How to use Omeprazole Capsule, Delayed Release (Enteric Coated) Swallow the capsules whole. If you have trouble swallowing the capsule, you may open the capsule if it is not sealed and carefully sprinkle its contents on a spoonful of soft, cool applesauce. Swallow all the mixture right away without chewing it.
Delayed release: drug is released only at some point after the initial administration. Extended release: prolongs the release to reduce dosing frequency. These terms are also used by the pharmacopoeias and the FDA.
When the medication is swallowed, it begins working to relieve pain in about 2 to 4 hours, although it reaches its peak effect in 15 to 30 hours. It will continue to work for a few days. This type of medication is designed to produce a long acting, steady amount of pain relief.
Modified-release dosage and its variants are mechanisms used in tablets (pills) and capsules to dissolve a drug over time in order to be released slower and steadier into the bloodstream while having the advantage of being taken at less frequent intervals than immediate-release (IR) formulations of the same drug.
A slow-release drug or preparation is released into the body slowly over an extended period of time. Slow-release medications release consistent amounts of a drug over a long period and the patient does not need to medicate frequently.
