Just started. Quite happy so far. Still a little confused. When I am bringing up the same patient from last week when we just signed up, kind of confusing for us. It is okay now when we see the small icon to print from, because we only have two patients, but it is a trial and error because you can't really read the patient's name until the last phase of the print screen. This will be an impossible task once we get 10-20 patients. We need to learn more about it. Also, do you have a clearinghouse feature so that we can just submit the claim electronically?

I needed to create some fillable PDFs for a course I'm running and PDFfiller allowed me to do that with ease. I needed a bit of guidance on how to do it from their person in the chat box (who was very helpful and efficient) and, once they showed me what to do (it was easy), the software was great and pretty intuitive and allowed me to create fillable boxes neatly and easily - it gives you guidelines so you can line them up with each other. It's a pity they don't do a "one-off" fee of $5 or something, rather than a subscription because it's not something I need regularly, so I'd have been happy to just pay a little something toward using it, rather than signing up for the 30 day free trial. Great Product!
So far, my experience with this product has been great! I have only used the PDF editing features and not played with the APIs. The navigation is friendly and quick, and tools are simple and easy enough to figure out. The page loading time was a little slow in my case- editing a 10 page PDF document, but it was sufficient.

Life made easy
If you fill a lot of forms, it is worth it. Otherwise you might not want to pay for the subscription for just one form.
It makes editing and filling out forms so quick. The tools are great and the UI is easy to use and clean to look at.
Once you fill the form, you have to pay or else you cannot save or print. This is not made clear from the start.

The one time I used helped they actually helped. The other service I tried to use before this one, I couldn't get any help.

Good Product, Great Service
I tried the product but ended up using adobe for no other reason than it was paid for by a client.
I forgot to cancel my subscription and was charged. The customer service team resolved the issue immediately without any issues
A good product backed up by excellent customer experience! Where else do you get that!

A solid editor with a very minor flaw imo
Other than a better scroll bar for the area of the documents being edited, the interface is pretty easy to navigate if you have used any similar programs (such as adobe acrobat reader). I wish there was a less feature oriented version that was free to use/download, perhaps with a daily/weekly task limit, similar to things like smallpdf.

What is a good uptime?
It's generally understood that 99.9% uptime is a hosting industry standard, whereas five nines or better (99.999% and up) is the ideal. 99.9% uptime means your website may be down for a total of eight hours, 45 minutes, and 57 seconds each year.

What does 4 nines mean?
Five-nines or 99.999% availability means 5 minutes, 15 seconds or less of downtime in a year. Otherwise, four nines or 99.99% availability allows 52 minutes, 36 seconds downtime per year. Three nines or 99.9% availability allows 8 hours, 46 minutes downtime per year.
