3 times I have contacted PDFFiller support and every time they have responded in less than 30 minutes. This is the fastest support service I have ever encountered.

It took me a bit to figure it out. Your guide was confusing and l tried to read it but l didn't find it helpful but l did figure it out on my own. I was fine after that.

For pdfFiller’s FAQs

Below is a list of the most common customer questions. If you can’t find an answer to your question, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
On the computer you want to install your code signing certificate on, copy and paste the creation link from the email in Internet Explorer* or Safari. When you open the link, the certificate is installed to the current user's personal certificate store for Windows or the login keychain for Mac.
Open your phone's Settings app. Tap Security & location Advanced. Under “Credential storage,” tap Install from storage. In the top left, tap Menu. Under “Open from,” tap where you saved the certificate. Tap the file. Type a name for the certificate. Pick VPN and apps or Wi-Fi.
Open Google Chrome. Select Show Advanced Settings > Manage Certificates. Click Import to start the Certificate Import Wizard. Click Next. Browse to your downloaded certificate PFC file and click Next. Enter the password you entered when you downloaded the certificate.
Every certificate on your business computer is stored in a centralized location called the Certificate Manager. Inside the Certificate Manager, you are able to view information about each certificate, including what its purpose is, and are even able to delete certificates.
Tap Settings > Security or Settings > Security & location > Encryption and credentials (depending on the Android version) Tap “install from storage”. Navigate to the location where you saved the certificate or key store. Tap the certificate or key store to install it.
Open Microsoft Management Console (Start -→ Run -→ mmc.exe). Choose File -→ Add/Remove Snap-in. In the Standalone tab, choose To add. Choose the Certificates snap-in, and click Add. In the wizard, choose the Computer Account, and then choose Local Computer. Close the Add/Remove Snap-in dialog.
On the Tools menu, click Trust Center, and then click E-mail Security. Under Digital IDs (Certificates), click Get a Digital ID. Click Get an S/MIME certificate from an external Certification Authority, and then click OK.
