I needed fast, no nonsense access to CMS approved forms, HCFA1500 to be specific. This was fast, easy to use, and I can save my files to my pc. I can edit, print, e mail, fax, its great! I love it! I did not like the way my card was charged the $120 initial annual fee. I only wanted to pay by month. That was misleading and I did not appreciate it. If your going to offer the monthly plan, offer it, make the wording more clear. don't try and trick people into the yearly plan and make them go through customer service to get the refund. The reason I give four stars is because (1) the customer service rep was so helpful in getting me my refund back and (2) you have an awesome product. It is really working well for me.

good product. but pricing was not clear i subscribed to one year one time payment when i wanted the pay as you go per moth option. hope to get it resolved soon. or will cancel fully.

This was my first test
This was my first test, it seemed to go very well, I've tried a few of these programs and to be honest, this one works the best. I will have to explore it a little further to see if it does what I need todo. Actually so far it's the best I've tried. Actually I think that it offers more than I really need, but if it fits and completes everything I plan on doing that to me would be 100%.

Had some difficulty aligning new paragraphs with existing ones. However with a little patience, I managed to do what I needed, great product.

Combining two files was relatively easy once I read the How to Guide three times to figure it out. But editing text in the file resulted in a change in the font that was not particularly satisfying and could not be corrected.
