I like the program It is not too complicated. The monthly fee is a bit too high I am not certain that I will be able to keep it past the free trial period. $20 per month is way off the mark; unless you have lots of cash flow. Just seems like $6-$8 per month would be more in line with the value of the product.

Sometimes the system will not allow me to download the forms I've edited. Sometimes there are glitches in the system that prevent us from logging in and saving documents. Sometimes system can be a bit slow, I notice it more in the afternoon where people may use the system more.

Best software for PDF editing!
My non-profit radio station has been more productive than ever before with PDFfiller! An user-friendly web app able to do much more than you thought it would do!

It is not really cons, but some features are actually useless for me (ex: print to other companies to be sent at our offices)

Easy to Use
It's kind of a time saver in the end with not have to use the typewriter or hand write them, would be easier though if you didn't have type each form, if they are the same it should copy the data onto each one.
I liked that I didn't have to pull out (yes it's a dinosaur) typewriter to fill out my 1099's every year any more once I found this program online. I can also use it for other forms as well.
I don't like that you have to retype each 1099 for each copy of the form, it should carry them forward to each copy and you just review them for differences.

Really like the program.
As mentioned. I use it to update my catalog prices and images for printing.
That it allows me to erase certain parts of my document and insert others. I couldn't figure out how to add my prices to an already made catalog I use.
That I have to come out of the document to look at the completed changes then go back in if it's incorrect.

What do I put for US point of contact information?
Address and Phone Number of Point of Contact Provide the complete address and the phone number. If you checked Do Not Know to contact person, enter the address of the hotel, shopping mall, or store that you entered the Organizational Contact question.
What do I put for US point of contact on ESTA?
For instance, the 'US Point of Contact Information' may be a hotel which may have not booked yet or is currently unknown. Thus, applicants can improvise by entering '00000' or 'UNKNOWN' for such fields. Most of the non-critical fields can be edited after an ESTA application has been submitted or approved.
What does point of contact information mean?
A point of contact (POC) or single point of contact (SPOC) is a person or a department serving as the coordinator or focal point of information concerning an activity or program. A POC is used in many cases where information is time-sensitive and accuracy is important.
Can't change US point of contact on ESTA?
The short answer: no you don't. Many people travel to and from the USA on business and find it inconvenient to frequently change the details on the ESTA, such as dates of travel, flight details and point of entry. Including travel information on your ESTA is optional, and it is possible to leave it blank.
Do I need to change hotel address on ESTA?
There is no need whatsoever to update your ESTA each time you go to the USA within the two-year period it lasts for. It even says this on the application form. The address of your new accommodation will be collected in the Advance Passenger Information everyone has to supply to the airline before travel to the USA.
Is Point of Contact ESTA?
Yes. Specific travel plans are not mandatory at the time of application, but you will need a U.S. point of contact. Although specific travel plans are not required, the address where you will be staying in the United States is recommended to complete the application.
