Had to fill in a long medical form. PDFfiller makes it easy and a lot neater than my handwriting. Also, I have to fill this out once a year for the same doctor and it will save me time not having to fill it out from scratch. All I will need to do is verify any information to make sure it hasn't changed and place a new date on it and send it.

What do you like best?
I am able to take a pdf file and change to a jpeg very easily. This allows me to change pdf file so it can be put on FaceBook. I also use it to make corrections instantly when it will take a day or two to get someone else to send it. I simply erase the incorrect data and type in the correct.
What do you dislike?
I have found that the program is not intuitive and there is a fairly large learning curve. I still don't know all the functionality, but what I know it will do make it worth it to me.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Good program and a great price. Well worth it!!

New to this site...just begun 30 trial. So far so good. Getting used to it but already I like much better than Adobe.

What do you like best?
I like the fact that it is a browser-based software, no download required.
What do you dislike?
That fact I most dislike is that you can't pay per use, as I don't edit pdfs very often.

The problem I was solving using this was filling out a housing application for an apartment. This was very helpful and even better than acrobat in terms of placing text.

I had a little bit of trouble using…
I had a little bit of trouble using this app but I didn't put much time into trying to learn. I think it would be worthwhile for anyone who works with documents to learn how to use this app but I just don't have the time and only needed one document. When it came time to cancel, they were gracious enough to make it easy by clicking on cancel instead of having to call or write and jump through hoops. Thank you pdfFiller for letting me try your app.

Can a landlord refuse a walk through?
A landlord is not required to be present physically or otherwise do a walk through. A landlord also cannot sue you for “ordinary wear and tear”.
Do landlords have to do a walk through?
The day you move out, your landlord might do a walk-through with you. But your landlord doesn't have to do that. They might prefer to conduct the inspection after you leave. Landlords have a certain time limit to return the security deposit or provide a reason why they are holding all or part of it.
Do landlords have to do a final walk through?
One is that there is no upside for a landlord in conducting a final walk-through with a tenant. Only bad outcomes can occur. Namely, the tenant is going to want you to affirm or state that everything looks ok and that they'll get all of their deposit back.
Can my landlord do a walk-through?
Some states require that landlords can only give the notice to enter if there is actual maintenance to perform. You can't perform a surprise inspection or a walk-through with no intent to repair anything.
How often can a landlord do a walk-through?
So how often can a landlord inspect a property? Read your lease to see whether an inspection is mentioned. Landlords often inspect once a year, but some inspect a rental property twice a year or quarterly. Whatever the case, they are required to give you notice, usually 24 or 48 hours in advance.
How long does an apartment walk through take?
Waiting until a tenant has removed all of their possessions from the unit means no damage can be hidden and the landlord can clearly see any potential issues. In other states, a move out inspection can be done anywhere from three days to two weeks before a tenant's move.
What is a PRE move out walk through?
A pre-move-out inspection is actually remarkably similar but you do it while the tenant is still there. Your inspector, with or without the tenant (more on that in a moment), goes through the house and notes everything they can find that would cost the tenant a part of their security deposit.
What do they look for in a PRE move out inspection?
PRE Move-In Inspection Inspect the unit for carpet stains, scratches in the floors, and holes in the walls. Check all appliances to make sure they work properly, and take note of anything that is broken, dirty, or needs to be fixed.
