The forms are good but they would be much better if the user could "snap to" the proper location when typing into a box. Without a "snap to" type guide it is difficult to place the cursor in the correct location within a box and especially difficult to get columns to line up.

What do you like best?
I like how easy it is to edit the content of a PDF. I've recently had to adjust a few documents which were not previously editable for me, and this has made it simple to keep things updated.
What do you dislike?
I would like to be able to choose the file destination when selecting Save As, rather than it defaulting to my Downloads folder.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I made a mistake and bought a year subscription instead of one month as I needed, I immediately emailed customer support and thought I would be waiting days for a reply if I was lucky, but to my surprise I received a response within 2 minutes. She offered to change my subscription and refund the rest of my money, I of course excepted and they changed it immediately! ***** ******** for your amazing customer service! However, through my own mistake in not cancelling due to e-mail mix up, I was enrolled in the full year subscription. I explained the situation to support and have been given a full refund.
