Works great, I have never had a problem. Easy to fill in forms. Easy to use. Everything is labeled well so you can find what you need to do quick. The files are always where I need them to be. I haven't had any problems using this software. There isn't anything bad I can say because I haven't ran into anytjing.

I find that using your program is easy to navigate and looks professional when completed. I find that using your program is rather easy to navigate. The only issue that I have had is when I try to print a document, there have been quite a few times that it will download to 63% and then gets stuck there. I have to close the document and try again....sometimes several times until I can print it. Besides that, it has been great!

At the top menu, select Lists. Select Chart of Accounts. Highlight the account you want to move. Using the left mouse button, press and hold the account and drag it to the desired place.
After you enter account numbers, you can sort the Chart of Accounts in account number order by clicking Number in the column headings on the Chart of Accounts pages.
If you just created your file, make sure to record the accounts' opening balances. To access your Chart of Accounts: Select Chart of Accounts from any of the following QuickBooks menu: Company, Lists, or Accountant (if you're using an Accountant version).
