I'm happy with it for the most part. I think it's BS that you allow the eraser to be used on the 1st document and only when the customer goes to use it again, do you mention that it's an upgrade is bad business!!!!!! There's another issue but at the moment it escapes me.

Just started using it . Too early, but looks Good! 10/2/2020 I have been using PDFfiller and it is great! I am using my own PDF forms, therefore, I would rather browse the files on my computer rather drag and drop. But this is a personal preference. The drag and drop does work. I am using it to prepare and send contracts to customers and it is well accepted. I have attempted to do this with other popular word processing and spreadsheets and they are very complicated and don't work for me. I like PDFfiller very much.

Arrange entries in alphabetical order by the first term in each entry (the first author's last name or the title of the work when there is no author). Continue with the numbering convention used throughout the paper by including your last name and the page number in the upper right-hand corner of the Works Cited page.
4 Answers. Some styles require multiple citations to be in alphabetical or numerical order. For example, APA style requires that citations be in the same order as they appear in the references list (that would be alphabetical order.)

References by the same author (or by the same group of authors in the same order) are arranged by year of publication in the Reference list, with the earliest first. For references with the same author and year, the references are arranged alphabetically by title (ignoring “A” or “The”).
Two or More Works by the Same Author in the Same Year: If you have two sources by the same author in the same year, use lower-case letters (a, b, c) with the year to order the entries in the reference list. Use the lower-case letters with the year in the in-text citation.
In-text Citations When citing two different books by the same author in the body of the text, include the author's last name, then a comma and then the first word or several words of the title of the book in quotation marks followed by the page number.
