Following my previous comment, I found the tax forms I was working on, but they were titled by the Form, not saved documents. Taking me well over an hour due to the labeling. Need a Saved Documents Option to simplify it.

An interface is easy to understand. Eraser and blackout options allow to be HIPAA compliant.

Easy to use. Only one downside - can't bring in any other types of fonts. That would be helpful. Other than that it's good for my needs.

Quick to respond to email.Most of the time when you send an email, it goes out and either no response or very delayed response. I enjoyed great services provided by pdfFiller through an annual plan. I used their service in all my dealings with pdf documents. Then for professional reasons, I had to cancel my subscription, and pdfFiller team was extremely kind in offering me a full refund of my subscription fee.
