Rearrange Payment Affidavit: make editing documents online a breeze

The Portable Document Format or PDF is one of the most widespread document format for various reasons. PDFs are accessible from any device to share files between desktops and phones with different displays and settings. PDF files will always appear the same, whether you open them on a Mac, a Microsoft one or on smartphones.

The next point is security: PDF files are easy to encrypt, so it's safe to share any sensitive data in them. That’s why it is important to choose a secure editor, especially when working online. Using online solutions, one can possibly track a view history to find out who had access to the file before.

pdfFiller is an online document creating and editing tool that allows to create, modify, sign, and send PDF directly from your internet browser. An easy method of filling out and sending documents. Problem with sending document due to 'Bugs' in the system It took three tries to send off a document and I still do not have a confirmation that it was send nor d I have a date in which the document would be received. The concept is good as I can go to the website and complete a document and send it off. Still some bugs

An affidavit is a statement about facts that are given under oath by the court of law. Affidavits are normally used in court proceedings or government agencies. ... A lien gives the lien holder (the subcontractor) an assurance that they will get paid by giving them a claim against the real property. In other words, a lien uses the property as security.
