Amazing customer experience
Amazing customer experience! Their services are quick and efficient. I started with their Live Support Chat but was quickly connected to staff members who responded to me by emails. I had Marie and Anna to help me. They are all friendly and extremely helpful. They responded to my question quickly, and after I explained to them briefly what my issue was, they took care of the issue swiftly. Their software is easy to use. It is a little difficult to figure out how to load an existing form with the saved name. I also had to Google how to enlarge the font. Most of the help directions are outdated, but I did finally figure it out after a lot of wasted time. I DO like the program in general and love being able to convert and save in a different format.

Work and Study Budy
Overall I love the app and all the features it offer! The benefits totally outweigh the cost. Amazing app!
What I like most about the feature is I can use it both for work to fill out pdf files and for my personal studies where I can write notes, comment, add highlights and more to the file.
What I least like about this is it can be a bit pricey to maintain especially if I were only a student. But good thing I am also using it for work so I can really maximize its use.

I like everything except when filing in…
I like everything except when filing in the forms the lines do not automatically wrap to the next line. I have to know to stop and manually go to the next line, Maybe that could be fixed. Also, when I tried to share the completed to form via email; nothing was received by the recipient. Only via fax did information get received.

I had trouble logging in to my account
I had trouble logging in to my account. It was a small issue but I sent a text message and got a reply soon after. The Customer Service at pdffiller is very responsive. I have been a customer (for creating insurance forms for my medical practice) for three years and it is an excellent service. It is user-friendly and intuitive and simple to use. I highly recommend pdffiller.

Easy to import edit
Easy to import edit- wished I had this a long time ago! I was desperately trying to find a way to send my Doctor forms. Scanner/Printer was knocked out from the storm.

You can move fields in the query grid to rearrange them. This feature works the same in all modern versions of Microsoft Access: 2010, 2013, and 2016. Hover your mouse over the field you want to move until the cursor changes to a down arrow. Click and drag the field to its new location.
