tough start, but Sam saved the day!
SAM/ JULZ WAS WONDERFUL! SUCH A GREAT SUPPORT! After spending hours trying to fix the problem earlier and having no luck with the calling from billing dept. One agent hung up on me! He came to the rescue, worked to TEACH ME how to walk through the issue and solve the problem. I am so grateful! A Great Product to create PDF documents
Having client's sign documents and creating forms.
The ability to create, fill and sign PDF documents was the best part about this software for me, personally.
I thought it was worth every penny and I also thought it was beneficial to have a free trial initially as well.

I love the documents I just wish there more Tax documents to utilize. Also the first document I sent I can not find...it would have been during the trial stage ..how can I find it.

Having to make the check boxes into check marks instead of x takes while when you have twenty on the page. It would be nice if you could decide for the whole page.
