The best part is that it automatically "carbon copies" to other pages if they require the same information (ex: 1099 tax doc). I've used other PDF generating programs and you have to manually fill in each page. This is such a time-saver and seems like an obvious feature that would be part of any PDF program. I guess this is what makes PDFfiller a greater product than the competition!

Following my previous comment, I found the tax forms I was working on, but they were titled by the Form, not saved documents. Taking me well over an hour due to the labeling. Need a Saved Documents Option to simplify it.

Wow, I am just testing the functionality of this system. If it does what I think it can its like having a personal secretary/ administrative assistant. I will gladly pay the premium for the service. My one concern, I want to make sure the is confidentiality and protection for the documents I'm transmitting as they are confidential. These days identity theft and misuse of personal protected inforamtion is critical so, you're assurances my site is secure and my documents I choose to fax and mail from PDF filer are not being inappropriately accessed by PDF filler employees is good to share. I like the email code you require for me to log in, that gives me security. I would like to know that when "chatting" with your team, they can't see my actual documents, just my account. I have no reason not to believe your site is secure, but just sharing. I am considering purchasing a small business, I would use your service daily and would like to be able to "buy up" credits for additional fax capabiltiy. Great service ! I've already referred your system to at least 4 different companies including the mortgage company I'm working with on the purchase of my business who has stated they will refer their clients to it. I'm barely new but I really like it already.. pdfFiller is an awesome tool for any/all types of documents/documentation needs or requests, and I am not to computer savvy so I would really like to attend a webinar to learn how to use the full capabilities pdfFiller has to offer in general. so far I am TOTALLY satisfied! What do you like best?
I print and distribute numerous emails every week. As such, I have tried quite a bit of PDF software over the past several years, I have seen that pdfFiller does everything I need, every time, in an easy-to-use way. There is none better for the price.
What do you dislike?
At times, it is difficult to find a saved file from within Google Chrome.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Before making a selection, make sure to use evaluation versions. It's a shame to get saddled down with something and later discover that it's not right for you.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
There is one peculiarity that I encounter every week. The first file that I modify is saved in the appropriate folder, and the browser shows me where to find it. For some peculiar reason, I have a hard time finding every file that I save after that. It could be an issue with the browser.

How can I rearrange PDF pages for free?
Upload your PDF to the Merge Tool. Click 'Page Mode', where you will see a preview of every single page from within your PDF. Move pages around through drag and drop. Click 'Merge' to perform the task. Don't forget to download your newly rearranged PDF!
How do I organize PDF pages for free?
Open the Organize Pages tool from the top menu or the right pane (Tools > Organize Pages) Select one or more page thumbnails (page numbers are underneath). Use Shift to select a page range. Do one of the following: Drag and drop pages to reorder PDF pages how you want. Save your file.
How do I manage PDF pages?
Open the file that you want to complete with the needed pages. Tap the '4 pages' icon in the upper left corner to open page management tool. Press “Edit” button on the top and then tap “Paste” to add pages. Drag and drop pages to rearrange the pages if necessary.
How do I add or remove pages from a PDF?
Click “File→Open” to add your large PDF document, the pages will be listed as thumbnails below. Find the position you want to insert pages: Find the page you want to delete, then right click “Delete”, then the page will be deleted ASAP, you can also delete many pages at the same time.

To manage pages in your PDF document navigate to Page Management tool that allows you to manipulate pages the way you need it. There is nothing easier than to rearrange pages in PDF file. Simply tap the page you want to replace, drag and drop it in the necessary place.

Separate PDF Pages Click on the “Page” tab. Under the Page menu, click the “Delete” button. Select the pages you want to cut and then click “OK” to confirm your choice. If you want to cut some pages and save them as separate PDF files, you can choose the “Extract” button.
