At first, I didn't understand what I needed to do first. I filled out the form I pulled up and then
submitted it, but was sent to a page to choose which plan I wanted. When I realized I needed to
choose a plan, I chose one, but then I had to fill out the form all over again! Then I submitted it, but
the form again, but it wouldn't appear on my list of filled forms. My list only lhad a previous form from 7/15/2015. I chatted with a representative and she helped me get my second version on my list.
This rep was extremely patient and nice, and did all she could to help me. I'm very happy I spoke with her.

I have found it extremely useful & very simple to use. If you can use a keyboard you can use PDF filler. Edited documents are easy to find. Would highly recommend

It was a little slow at the beginning until all information required was visible to agent - perhaps of the template for reply used. After that it was very quickly resolved. Thank you for todays agent.

Helpful for Digital Signature
Overall the PDF filler is amazing and free!
These days, a lot of people don't have printers and scanners. Also, a lot of us are working from home. This software makes it possible to sign documents without printing and scanning.
My least favorite thing is that you have to create an account to save your document. It would be nice to not have to provide my email to save the document.

Fast, helpful assistance from their support team
I forgot to cancel my subscription with them. The money came out unexpectedly, and I was honestly pretty worried because it was the full year's subscription and I have had issues with internet companies not wanting to refund subscription fees in the past even when I asked for it immediately, without using it during the period I asked for the refund for. PDFFiller was great, though. I emailed them early this morning (late for me) and woke up to their response, which was that since it was less than 24 hours after the payment came out, they were able to just void the transaction. Assuming my bank is cool about it, I'll have my money back today.5/5 Do trust.

What do you like best?
The best thing is simply how it works. So many forms that need to be filled out and they are sent in formats that don't allow that. pdfFiller fixes that problem.
What do you dislike?
I haven't really found anything that I dislike. It's a great software.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I do private consulting for government contractors and we have to finalize a LOT of Non-Disclosure Agreements. pdfFiller makes that a snap. Also we have many forms that have to be executed and it would be so difficult without this program.

How long does it take to reconstruct title deeds?
It will be time-consuming reconstructing the title, but I do not think it will take quite as long as three years. Once the title has been reconstructed it would be prudent to place it in some form of safe deposit facility or buy a fire-resistant safe for it.
How long does Land Registry take to change deeds?
It usually takes four to six weeks to complete the legal processes involved in the transfer of title.
How long does the Land Registry take to update title deeds?
We expect to send the application to the Land Registry within approximately three weeks of seeing you and having discussed the application. Following this the Land Registry take approximately 10 -12 weeks depending upon how busy they are and whether they have a backlog of first registration applications.
How long does it take to remove someone from deeds?
How long will it take to remove a person's name from a property deed? It depends on your lawyer and how fast the county recorder's office files the deed. Some legal advisers can get your deed processed and sent to you for review and signature within two days, but it typically takes five to seven business days.
Can you expedite a land registry application?
To make a request to expedite an application, click on the 'Still need to contact us? ' Button within Application Inquiry, then complete your contact details and select the 'Request an expedited' option. Select the expedition reason from the drop-down menu and don't forget to send us the supporting evidence.
How long does it take to transfer land title in the Philippines?
Upon release of the CAR, submit the original documents (notarized EDS, Affidavit of Publication, Transfer Tax Clearance, RPT Clearance, owner's duplicate of land title and BIR CAR) to the registry of Deeds (RD) for transfer and registration. The transfer of title to the heirs will (normally) take 24 weeks.
How do I get replacement house deeds?
Find out if the property or land is registered. Download a copy of the title register — you'll need this to find the property's title number and to see if HM Land Registry holds a copy of the deeds. Fill in the deeds request form.
