Answer to my prayers. TurboTax, IRS, other www sites gave me horrors. I started your site one day and somehow decided to leave and why I decided to go back to those other sites again was a HUGE mistake ... it all gave me horrors. I prayed again this morning and low and behold, your site was simple as apples to apples. I gave God the biggest smile and thank you for solving my nightmare to fill out the contractors 1099-misc for 2016. Late I am and was because of my health, and the contractor didn't sign the W-9 form which I had waited for which he finally emailed it to me. One question here with this form finished, do you send IRs their copy or do I need to do it myself? Pls respond a.s.a.p., I want to send it today if I need to do this. Thanks, Janet Mac Neal

What do you like best?
I love the variety of functions available in PDF Filler. I also love how easy it is to use, Highly recommended for anyone working quickly in a remote environment for documents that need edits, signatures, etc.
What do you dislike?
Sometimes I get logged out ... not a real problem, but as I work from multiple computers sometimes it adds and extra step for me.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is a great product with many features to help work with PDF documents.

Excellent PDF Software Overall, this is an excellent software for businesses for the many things you can do with the program. I like that you can use forms previously created by other users of the software, or create your own forms as well. The software is user friendly, and provides all the functions we need in our business. Unfortunately, that you have to pay to use the software. I understand that everything comes with a price, there are developers, etc. Considering the functions it provides, it is worth paying.

PdfFiller has been a Lifesaver PdfFiller has been a lifesaver! I have a very important legal matter that has a lot of documents that I either have to fill out or submit. All of which either have to be created, modified, filled out, or signed. Since the matter is being handled across the country, its a lot of pressure off me to be able to edit, create, and save these documents.

Only ever used Adobe in the past. Found this affordable option. It is fantastic. User friendly and effective app. I applied for a rental with a heap of forms to fill out and now our family are living in it. I accidentally signed the 1year subscription. Advised that I only wanted to use it during the trial period for a purpose and happy to pay for one month. They communication was quick and on point. They summarised and actioned exactly what I requested. Only charged me $30 for the month and cancelled my future subscription. I would happily use this again. Thank you.

Landlord Rights Landlords also generally have the right to terminate the lease at the end of the lease term, or upon providing the tenant adequate notice as required by the lease or state law. Generally, at least 30 days' written notice is required before terminating the lease.
Understand the potential penalties. The landlord tenant laws that allow you to break a lease are different from state to state. Check your lease. Talk to your landlord about breaking a lease. Offer to help find a new tenant. Consider subletting to avoid breaking a lease.
Check your lease agreement for an early termination clause. Evaluate the consequences of early termination and decide whether it's worth it. Determine if you have a legal reason to break a lease. If you cannot legally break your lease, determine how to get out of your lease with minimal losses.
Transfer Your Lease. Probably the easiest and most popular way to get out of your lease early is to transfer it using a 3rd party service such as Swap A Lease or Lease Trader. Sell or Trade the Vehicle. Return Vehicle and Pay Penalties. Ask Leasing Company for Help. Default on the Payment.
One year is most typical. If you break the lease, you're breaking a contract, and the landlord can hold you responsible for paying the rent until the end of your lease term. For example, if you pay $1,800 a month and want to break your lease for the last four months, you could end up on the hook for $7,200.
Moving out of a rental before the lease ends is referred to as breaking your lease. Breaking your lease can hurt your credit score, especially if you don't pay the leftover balance when you move out. Working with your landlord to break your lease can help you avoid damaging your credit.
Most states, including California, do not allow a tenant to break the lease early due to a medical condition. You'll have to negotiate with the landlord for a mutual termination.
In some cases, you can receive a doctor's note or a military release from contract in order to break your lease. If your health demands that you relocate near a medical facility, or you are called to serve and are forced to move, you may be eligible to break your rental agreement.
