With the exception of the scam you have going to get people to sign up for your service... (i.e., On a holiday I came into my office to get work done quickly so I could then spend time with my family. I was soo pleased with your service as it let me upload a document and seamlessly edit it for 2 hours and the peace of mind that everything was working properly as your program continually provided feedback saying that 'all changes have been saved'. Then when I finally finished, after triple checking my work and feeling thrilled that I could go celebrate the holiday and be with my family, I selected the big bright button that says, Done!. And only THEN, after 2 hours of work, did you tell me, there is an error and I need to sign up for your program. You should be ashamed of yourselves. I was so excited to tell other people about your program and how well it works. After being scammed, ripped off in terms of money and precious time, I won't be telling anyone about your service. If you prefer to keep me as a happy customer, perhaps you will find a way to make up for this inconvenience (e.g., give me a discounted membership, upgrade my membership, some other kind gesture?) and correct this misunderstanding that you are covertly enticing people to use your program with an inconsiderate scam. Easy to use, unlike other fill and sign apps, it can tell the right size text. It can tell the what parts of the document requires the text. The variety of templates to use for common forms needed for most people. Also a generous 30 day trial A ++++

Ability to convert Word Docs and other formats to PDF.
What do you dislike?
Cannot edit and convert some locked and encrypted files.

What do you like best?
I really like the fact that you can create your own templates and save them for future use. I also like being able to send a text to another party and have them sign electronically.
What do you dislike?
The only real complaint I have is that I keep getting signed out.

What do you like best?
I like the fact that you have send a document via text or email to have someone electronically sign it. I also like the fact that you can edit PDF documents! It used to be so hard to get anything done at my current job but now I can edit Bill of Laidings, Commerical invoices.... etc.

nothing! this software is truly amazing!

Simple, does the job
Maybe some standard forms should be on their site and properly labeled.
It's simple and does the job. It's very straight forward.
I feel like searching for the right form is a little tricky sometimes

Easy to use
It has made life much easier for my clients to receive what they need in a more timely manner
Easy to upload specific documents for editing.
When a field needs to be erased, the program always resets to add text. You have to re-select the erase button after each erased field.

Navigation is simple, editing works well and have never had any issues.

I really have not found anything that does not suit my needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To edit design documents quickly by making quick changes. It also helps in editing quotes to clients.
