Liking it so far. But when I'm using the eraser, line, or other tool, it automatically changes back to text add mode after saving the change I've made rather than staying with the eraser, line drawer, etc. If you did it this way b/c more users keep erasing, adding lines, highlights, etc when they intend to make only one change and start typing then nevermind. I would rather it stay with the eraser, highlighter, etc. and I'll switch back to adding text when I'm ready to do so. Hope that helps.

What do you like best?
The program is easy to use and super convenient. Your documents are always with you on the server PDFIller provides.
What do you dislike?
Getting in touch with a person in customer service is impossible and emails to cust. serv. have not been answered. I originally signed up as a single user; but then as my needs expanded at my office, I added and paid for three more users. For a while everything worked without issue, but then the other three users could not log-in and the different prompts in my dashboard were saying the subscriptions were active and to this day my office staff works through my sole account which can knock someone off in the middle of something.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
The fax benefit is awesome. I use the program with my insurance agency. It is way more user friendly than Adobe and you don't need a separate service to send a client a form to sign.

Below is a list of the most common customer questions. If you can’t find an answer to your question, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
What does RE: mean on a fax cover sheet? Re: means in reference to or in regard to. It is from the Latin word Res, meaning thing. You'll also commonly see Re: in the subject lines of e-mail messages.
CC: stands for carbon copy. IE that you are sending a copy of the same fax to these other people. RE: stands for reply, as in a reply fax to some other fax or communication.
What does RE: mean on a fax cover sheet? Re: means in reference to or in regard to. It is from the Latin word Res, meaning thing. You'll also commonly see Re: in the subject lines of e-mail messages.
A fax cover sheet is a page that comes before the first page of the letter or document you are sending and includes information such as: the name of the person in the company that the document or letter is being sent to.
Write Date: Time: and Number of pages, including cover sheet: on the left side of the cover sheet. Space twice and write Addressee: Fax number: and Phone number: on separate lines. Space twice again and write: Sender: Fax number: and Phone number: on separate lines.
Count the cover sheet as a page when listing the number of pages, so if you are sending a five-page fax you should list six total pages.
Write “Attn” followed by the name of the recipient. The “Attn” line should always appear at the very top of your delivery address, just before the name of the person you're sending it to. Use a colon after “Attn” to make it clearly readable.
You may want to title the section “To” or “Recipient.” Then, on separate lines, type either “Company” or the specific company information, “Attention:” or the name of the intended recipient, “Phone,” or phone number of the recipient, and “Fax” or fax number of the recipient.
