I like everything I have tried with the exception of the fact that I cannot download a fillable form to my desktop. I wanted to make a form that I could pull up quickly on my computer when I have a new patient intake. It only allows a link and too many steps to make this a good alternative to the paper and pen format I am currently using.

I had been looking for something which works on phones & chromebooks as well as computers. It's great this operates 100% in a browser and works REALLY well. Has some limited zapier support and has decent integration with g-suite. The support, including one emergency thing, has been much better than average. There are some additions which I feel could make pdffiller absolutely a star, but it's more than functional and easy to use today.

Amazing customer experience
Amazing customer experience! Their services are quick and efficient. I started with their Live Support Chat but was quickly connected to staff members who responded to me by emails. I had Marie and Anna to help me. They are all friendly and extremely helpful. They responded to my question quickly, and after I explained to them briefly what my issue was, they took care of the issue swiftly. Their software is easy to use. The pricing of pdfFiller can be revised as it is a bit expensive to afford for some users.

Overall, pdfFiller has been a great tool for me. It's saved me so much time and hassle, and I'm really happy with the results. Highly recommend!
I've been using pdfFiller to fill out documents for a while and I have to say that I'm very impressed with its ease of use! It's incredibly straightforward and makes it so easy to fill in the blanks on forms. Plus, they have a wide selection of templates that make my job even easier!
The only downside to pdfFiller is that the free version has some limited features. If you need more robust features, you'll have to upgrade to the premium version.

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE
Very quick, efficient and courteous customer service. My elderly mother subscribed to this service and couldn't remember why. I explained the situation via emails with Customer Support and they refunded the annual subscription fee after I verified a few details. I really appreciated their understanding and quick response. Now...I have to go unplug my mom's computer. :-)
