Only thing it is lacking is the OCR - If it would have had this ability to edit scanned pdf document like PDF element - then it would have been the best!

Signature Title and Abstract Company, L.L.C. is a locally owned, full service real estate title company. Our mission is to serve all of your real estate closing needs. Our office is staffed with knowledgeable attorneys who have a combined 25+ years of experience in Residential and Commercial Real Estate Transactions.
A rebuilt title is given to a used car that was deemed salvaged. Basically, it's a car that has been significantly damaged to the point where an insurance company says it's not worth repairing. However, if you're handy and do your own repairs, a used car with a salvage title can be a great deal.
Rebuilt cars for sale can also be a great deal under the right circumstances. Comparatively, a car with a rebuilt title can be purchased for 20% to 50% less than one with a clean title. However, the flip side is that your car is worth that much less than the same model with a clean title, and it's less desirable.
Yes, you can insure cars with rebuilt titles. Not all insurance companies cover rebuilt titles, however. Also, some of the companies that will sell you auto insurance for a car with a rebuilt title will only sell you liability coverage. Or they'll only sell you liability and collision coverage.
While it's true these cars were repaired, it's hard to know exactly how good the repairs were. However, if the car is approved by a trusted mechanic and if the repair quality is excellent, buying a used car with a rebuilt title can be a great way to get a good deal on a used vehicle.
Cars with a rebuilt title are not bad cars. Lots of cars with a rebuilt title are good for lots of reasons. One reason a rebuilt title car is a good car, is its price. Lots of times, a car with a rebuilt title is hundreds of dollars cheaper.
A rebuilt title refers to a vehicle that had a salvage title and has then been restored to roadworthy condition. Other times the vehicle will have such significant damage that it can't be repaired (this is common when the frame of the vehicle has been bent or damaged in a crash. Repairing this is impossible).
A salvage vehicle can be repaired and even driven legally. However, it must be repaired and receive a rebuilt title. Once the vehicle has been repaired, it must be inspected by an authorized state person. They will have a greater resale value than a salvage car.
