I was frustrated trying to work with another program, then gave up. I found your site on the internet and I am able under a very stress time limit to finish the work and I was pleased with the results.

My first day! As far away from tech savvy as you can get! With help on "Team Viewer" I learned how to solve all the problems I had getting started. I will certainly use tech support again but off to a fun start.

A good all rounder for filling pdfs and signing forms
pdfFiller is a useful tool that lets me fill, sign and send client contracts
I like being able to add text to pdf forms, then email, download or print the completed forms
I have to be honest, it's a bit clunky and takes some getting used to

Combining two files was relatively easy once I read the How to Guide three times to figure it out. But editing text in the file resulted in a change in the font that was not particularly satisfying and could not be corrected.

How did white Southerners react to reconstruction?
After 1867, an increasing number of southern whites turned to violence in response to the revolutionary changes of Radical Reconstruction. The Ku Klux Klan and other white supremacist organizations targeted local Republican leaders, white and black, and other African Americans who challenged white authority.
How did Southern Democrats oppose reconstruction?
In the 1850s they defended slavery in the United States, and promoted its expansion into the West against northern Free Soil opposition. After Reconstruction ended in the late 1870s so-called redeemers controlled all the Southern states and disenfranchised blacks (who were Republicans).
Why did the South oppose reconstruction?
The reasons for white opposition to Reconstruction were many. The essential reason for the growing opposition to Reconstruction, however, was the fact that most Southern whites could not accept the idea of African Americans voting and holding office, or the egalitarian policies adopted by the new governments.
Who opposed reconstruction?
Radical Republicans opposed Lincoln's Reconstruction Plan because it did not ensure equal civil rights for freed slaves. After the assassination of Abraham Lincoln in 1865, the new president, Andrew Johnson, issued his own Reconstruction Plan.
How did the South react to reconstruction?
Some Southerners left the South altogether, while less passive individuals began to incite violence out of their bitterness. They also built factions which would further promote racism (such as the Ku Klux Klan). Otherwise, any Southerners who approved of the Reconstruction policies were belittled as “scalawags.”
Why did Democrats oppose radical Republicans?
The Radical Republicans opposed Lincoln's plan because they thought it too lenient toward the South. Radical Republicans believed that Lincoln's plan for Reconstruction was not harsh enough because, from their point of view, the South was guilty of starting the war and deserved to be punished as such.
What happened after the Reconstruction Era?
Reconstruction ended the remnants of Confederate secession and abolished slavery, making the newly freed slaves citizens with civil rights ostensibly guaranteed by three new constitutional amendments.
What happened after the reconstruction ended?
Reconstruction ended the remnants of Confederate secession and abolished slavery, making the newly freed slaves citizens with civil rights ostensibly guaranteed by three new constitutional amendments.
