Can be a simple way to fill out documents.
I can fill out a document pretty fast. Its functions are easy to understand. Overall it is easy and anyone can use it even if they are not tech savvy.
I don't like how I can't control the fonts and the font size. It automatically selects the font size and sometimes it can not be changed.

I used the free trial to compile rent due ledgers for the ************** requirement. I did not cancel on time and was charged $180 dollars. I reached out to support and ****** returned my email within minutes. I provided my information to customer service specialist ****** and he fixed the problem. There wasn't any back and forth emails. This is the most amazing app, it really is a great one-stop portal for all my practice needs, and it is SIMPLE to use, even for solo practitioners like me who don’t have an IT department.

This review is based on experience with the program itself
I loved it. It was simple to use and I loved that I could save my documents and go back in and edit them again whenever I wanted. The only thing I didn't really like was the price. I opted to go with the monthly subscription because I knew I didn't need the program for a long period of time. I have used other programs on a monthly service before and have paid cheaper. However, still loved the overall use of the program, and I was able to cancel my subscription without an issue as well.
