With the exception of the scam you have going to get people to sign up for your service... (i.e., On a holiday I came into my office to get work done quickly so I could then spend time with my family. I was soo pleased with your service as it let me upload a document and seamlessly edit it for 2 hours and the peace of mind that everything was working properly as your program continually provided feedback saying that 'all changes have been saved'. Then when I finally finished, after triple checking my work and feeling thrilled that I could go celebrate the holiday and be with my family, I selected the big bright button that says, Done!. And only THEN, after 2 hours of work, did you tell me, there is an error and I need to sign up for your program. You should be ashamed of yourselves. I was so excited to tell other people about your program and how well it works. After being scammed, ripped off in terms of money and precious time, I won't be telling anyone about your service. If you prefer to keep me as a happy customer, perhaps you will find a way to make up for this inconvenience (e.g., give me a discounted membership, upgrade my membership, some other kind gesture?) and correct this misunderstanding that you are covertly enticing people to use your program with an inconsiderate scam. some good some bad cause need to change size of pics as my constant contact only takes jpeg. can't use your address book as i don't use my mac mail use verizon so not friendly with this stuff makes it harder to use overall.

Initially, I wasn't too sure on how to use the various features and tools available. I took my time to read each area carefully, used the "help" icon. Very pleased with the results of todays work.

What do you like best?
I like the chat help desk. I liken having a person I can chat with without a long delay. I really do not like have a charter limit on my response, I really do not have that much to say, therefore you get fluff.
What do you dislike?
not being able to locate the forms needed at times. Sometimes hen I attempt to use the form, I do not know the form number and it causes a delay. I do not like having a 40 Character limit for the questions. I really do not have that much to say

I couldn't seem to find any document editors that were actually worth using, until i came across PDF FIler! This website seriously helps you find, and even file any document you may need in every aspect of your busy busy life! Instead of going to the local courthouse I simply log-in and search for the document in their huge PDF library they have everything from Affadavits- Tax documents they are probably the one and only website that lets you file your taxes right away and will even let you send documents for esignatures as an added bonus! I recommend this website to anyone in the business, law, or accounting, business it is the best!!!
