It was hard to figure out how to get started, and I made some mistakes in the beginning. I saved two files too soon and now I don't know how to erase them because when I try it says if I delete it it will no longer be shared. Is it okay to delete it anyway?

Speedy and excellent customer service
I had a trial/billing issue and sent an email to their support email address. It was around midnight when I sent my email so I didn't think I would hear anything back from them until later that day during business hours. Not only did I hear back from them with an email almost immediately that night, but their representative resolved my issue right then and there. Superb customer service!

Great customer service support
Great customer service support. They have always been responsive on a timely manner when I need help. I use them to submit 1099 forms to the IRS. They even developed a 'fix' to their form so that I could submit a form for an employee that lives out of the country.

We have been using pdfFiller over the last few years for thousands of forms for our offices. The platform is easy to use and navigate. The IT tech support is top-notch. IT Support is readily available and solves problems quickly. They communicate well, send helpful how-to videos, and/or change settings in our account to make the platform easier to use. Writing this though cause their support is swift and reasonable.
I accidentally left my subscription running for 3 months after just using the free trial for 1 PDF edit.
After 1 email they refunded all 3 payments without making me jump through hoops.

Best and complete tool to edit PDF documents.
Editing PDF files is so simple and easy with PDF Filler like using a Doc editor. I use it everytime to edit dates and sign documents, just sign on my device with my finger so every signature is different.
They could add a tool to increase the quality or resolution of scanned PDF files.
