Only criticism is I tried to pay with my New Zealand AMEX and it was rejected and Amex NZ blocked the card sensing you were defrauding me! I don't know why each time I do a function, I have to go back to MY Forms. It would be easier to save or print and stay where I am. Also, when I update a form, the original creation date stays instead of the updated date.
