With the exception of the scam you have going to get people to sign up for your service... (i.e., On a holiday I came into my office to get work done quickly so I could then spend time with my family. I was soo pleased with your service as it let me upload a document and seamlessly edit it for 2 hours and the peace of mind that everything was working properly as your program continually provided feedback saying that 'all changes have been saved'. Then when I finally finished, after triple checking my work and feeling thrilled that I could go celebrate the holiday and be with my family, I selected the big bright button that says, Done!. And only THEN, after 2 hours of work, did you tell me, there is an error and I need to sign up for your program. You should be ashamed of yourselves. I was so excited to tell other people about your program and how well it works. After being scammed, ripped off in terms of money and precious time, I won't be telling anyone about your service. If you prefer to keep me as a happy customer, perhaps you will find a way to make up for this inconvenience (e.g., give me a discounted membership, upgrade my membership, some other kind gesture?) and correct this misunderstanding that you are covertly enticing people to use your program with an inconsiderate scam. It has made work much easier. In the legal field we deal with a ridiculous amount of documents. Many IRS and government forms require some PDF filler, Adobe Acrobat does not do the job PDF filler can. To be able to access my docs from anywhere is amazing. The email, sign, fax, and all the other features make it actually fun.

I have been very happy with the functionality thus far. I may be interested in a webinar in the future. A survey in a month or two would allow me a better sample to assess how PDFfiller will work to meet my needs.

What do you like best?
PDFFILLER has been one of the best platforms I’ve used in client document transmission. The price is unmatched for the services available and the HIPAA compliance seals the deal.
What do you dislike?
The only downside is how long some forms such as registration can take to complete when adding in the initial fillable fields.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Many of my clients are throughout the country, so the ease of securely transmitting documents while maintaining HIPAA compliance is the best problem solved. I recently discovered the ability to have documents faxed digitally through the services and it’s cut down on my physical paperwork.

Invoice Processing Data Redaction Accuracy. Data redaction is the removal of redundancies from the data by scanning through it using a particular set of rules and removing those segments of data that do not fall within those sets of rules. Redaction is especially useful in invoice processing and OCR reading of invoices
2 : to select or adapt (as by obscuring or removing sensitive information) for publication or release broadly : edit. 3 : to obscure or remove (text) from a document prior to publication or release.
To redact is to edit, or prepare for publishing. Frequently, a redacted document, such as a memo or e-mail message, has simply had personal (or possibly actionable) information deleted or blacked out. As a consequence, redacted is often used to describe documents from which sensitive information has been expunged.
Answer: get that information redacted. For the uninitiated however, redact is an English verb which simply means 'to prepare something for publication', a lesser-known synonym of the word edit, which has recently burst out of relative obscurity.
The Oxford English Dictionary doesn't even seem to include this new meaning for the word 'redaction. ' It does include it in the definition of 'redact'. For 'redact' it includes two examples, both from American English, one from 1994 and another from 1957.
Sensitive information that could be used to commit fraud or expose private information should be redacted. The following list is a general guide: Social security numbers. Driver's license or professional license numbers.
Legal Requirements Rule 5.2(a), titled Redacted Filings, provides that filings can only include the last four digits of a Social Security or tax ID number, the year of an individual's birth, a minor's initials or the last four digits of a financial account number.
Redaction, sometimes called sanitization or data anonymization, is the process of removing confidential or sensitive information from a document to protect that information. When documents are redacted, they can be used or published by a wider audience than originally intended without compromising confidentiality.
