My wife had some US Government forms that needed to be filled out and returned. Because of her medical condition, she couldn't fill them out longhand, and she asked me if there was a way she could type and fill them in. We couldn't find access to a typewriter (WHAT'S THAT???), but I searched on Google and found information about your app. I had worked with some PC-based forms applications before, so I knew what type of function I was looking for. I scanned the forms into a PDF, and PDFfiller opened the files and allowed me to create editable fields on the forms which she then filled using your browser-based app. It got the job done! There were a couple times where she thought she had lost everything, but because of the automatic save function, nothing was lost. Unfortunately, I don't have any other immediate need for this, but I certainly hope you use this for promoting your product. I would have given it 5 stars had there been an apparent way of copying all the fields I added to one page and paste them onto identical subsequent pages in my document (you know the Government--lots of duplicate type information!). I had to create the same fields over about 8 or 9 identical pages on one of the forms. If I find I do have more use for this app in the near future, I will purchase it!

Still on free trial period. Have used it twice and very easy to understand.
Filled in a large medical form of 6 pages and had no hassles
As I loaded it for my home use and probably will only use it occasionally I think the cost may be unjustifiable for me to continue with it which is a pity. But it is a good product

I wish it would allow you to add more than 5 pages at one time when I'm trying to make changes to a several documents and uploading it into one main file.

It works great and I had 0 problems until I had to sign up for a subscription before being able to download the very important documents I had started. Would be better to let people know beforehand unless I, myself, didn't see such thing.

Is it okay to write down credit card numbers?
NEVER physically write down any credit card information unless you are explicitly required to do so as part of your business processes. The CVV/CVC (three or four digit validation code on the back of the card) the PIN (personal identification number)
What credit card information can I store?
Never store electronic track data or the card security number in any form. While you may have a business reason for storing credit card information, processing regulations specifically forbid the storage of a card's security code or any track data contained in the magnetic strip on the back of a credit card.
Where should I store my credit card information?
If you keep paper documents that contain credit card numbers, be sure that they are always locked in a secure place (such as a safe or file drawer) when not in use. Electronic storage of credit card numbers is also common if, for example, you process recurring or repeat transactions.
Can you keep credit card details on file?
Credit card numbers should not be kept on file as a general practice. The credit card number must be filed in a secure location, in a safe or under lock and key. Credit card numbers must not be stored electronically, i.e. in a spreadsheet, database, or anywhere on a computer and/or network.
Do websites store credit card info?
How do websites store credit card numbers? If you are storing CC's the correct way, you won't. You'll use a payment gateway/vendor to do it for you. You still have to meet security guidelines (PCI certification) because you are technically seeing the credit card numbers.

Can a merchant store credit card information?
Another way to store information is to use a merchant service that allows you to store credit cards in their system, usually online. Such a system would hold the information on your behalf and allow you to charge the card when you need without having to store or remember the credit card numbers or other info.
