Easy Forms It has been good, but the saving of the files is not that easy, have to upload document every time you want a new copy. The easiness to write pdf's and print them out. The documents are not categorized and it would make it easier to find.

Needed an online PDF editor for contracts, works better than expected! I can sign and edit PDF files anytime, anywhere. The availability of it from any device, anywhere. All the platforms are great both the web and local apps. Sometimes it's laggy because it runs online but I suppose that's the tradeoff of having it available everywhere.

Great app, but even better customer service. I needed to cancel my membership for financial reasons, but I failed to do so before it renewed and my bank account was drafted. I submitted a request through the website for support and requested a refund. *** replied via email within an hour and had already issued the refund. Clearly they care about their customers, provide easy communication options and have fair policies in place.

PDF Filler Saver and Protector Great! Awesome software/product that is very helpful in the business environment. What I like most with the PDF filler is the ability to secure and password protect a very important document. I like sending documents or exchange with staff for faster and easier collaboration and this software helps us do that while making sure the personal information are protected. Nothing much as it serves the purpose that I am really looking for. I cannot think of anything that I don't like. I am satisfied.

I LOVE the features in the premium package! Now I can create a fillable form and put it on my website where it can be filled out directly! Double-click the Word document that you want to redact in order to open it in Word. Select the text you want to redact. Click and drag your cursor across the text you want to redact to do so. Drop-down arrow to the right of the ab highlighter bar, which is in the “Font” section of the Home tab.
Sensitive information that could be used to commit fraud or expose private information should be redacted. The following list is a general guide: Social security numbers. Driver's license or professional license numbers.
Legal Requirements Rule 5.2(a), titled Redacted Filings, provides that filings can only include the last four digits of a Social Security or tax ID number, the year of an individual's birth, a minor's initials or the last four digits of a financial account number.
Redaction, sometimes called sanitization or data anonymization, is the process of removing confidential or sensitive information from a document to protect that information. When documents are redacted, they can be used or published by a wider audience than originally intended without compromising confidentiality.
Redaction Defined Redaction is the task of rendering passages in a document illegible because those passages are confidential or otherwise exempt from disclosure. The process to redact passages from a printed document is to obscure the text or images with a dark permanent marker.

NOTE: To redact a line or item in the document, double-click on a word or image. Press CTRL as you drag to select a line, a block of text, an image, or an area of the document. Click OK to remove the selected items. Keep in mind the items are not permanently removed from the document until you save the document.
You redact a document when you want to release some but not all the information in it. If you shred a document, you can't release any of the information in it. Most likely, someone still needs the full document. That someone will have the appropriate security clearance to see all the information on it.
