How to save PowerPoint as PDF with notes included: Open your PowerPoint presentation. Click 'File' > 'Print'. Choose 'Save as PDF' and click 'Save'.

Open your PowerPoint presentation. Click 'File' > 'Print'. Via the 'Layout' section, click the dropdown. Choose 'Notes' instead of 'Slides'. Choose 'Save as PDF' and click 'Save'.
