My experience Pryor to contact customer support via online chat wasn't a pleasant experience. However my representative went over and beyond in my opinion to resolve the issue for me. It was a little frustrating for me figuring out how to use the program. This should improve with use and guidance. It would have been helpful if I had first down loaded the "How To Guide". Thanks for a great program.

I subscribed to a trial of this…
I subscribed to a trial of this software after no longer having full access to Adobe Acrobat. It was such an easy to use alternative, and more affordable per year. They also have an excellent, and very efficient customer support team. I recommend PDFFiller to any individual or business in need of a solid pdf. editing solution.

Searching for specific wording in a .PDF file
My request for assistance with an issue I didn't know how to fix was answered very quickly and I was back to work. Unlike most support with other software companies where you wait 3 days for a response requesting additional information then another 3 days for a response and usually goes on and on. pdfFiller was right there and stayed with me until the problem was solved. Anyone dealing with .PDF files and not using pdfFiller is losing out.

Finally a one stop shop to do everything you need to do with PDF's! It's never been easier to sign documents and move them down the chain of command!
The learning curve is something we're still have trouble with.

Great stuff. Easy to use. Used it once and then cancelled free trial without any issues. Would recommend if you need to fill a document.
