It was very easy to Fill out the PDF. Then I was suprised I could also mail it, from the same website.
I can upload a PDF and have it mailed, even by Certified Mail.
That you can mail or fax the PDF. You can like email to fax. Which is very good. Especially since I don't have a phone anymore, let alone a fax, since I just use my Cell Phone.
Technical support is terrific. They are always availble, they know everything, they are very helpful. For example, one technician let me email him my PDF, he fixed it for me, and emailed back to me.

Paul was fantastic. I have been chatting with several other people since April 3 and no one could figure this problem out. I was emailed that this issue had been referred to technical support and they could not provide adequate assistance. As I am not computer friendly, Paul was very helpful. He was very patient with me. PDFfiller is a good option whenever you need to fill forms or edit a pdf file. The online version is also an advantage.
If you don't use it a lot, the princing will be a little excessive to pay every month. A "pay as you go" or pay as you use.

What do you like best?
That it looks professional, it is easy to use, and there are so many common templates to use which are always necessary, especially for a small business owner.

That it is always such a process to sign in if I am not at my home computer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to complete my forms needed in a timely manner and saving time for me is ALWAYS beneficial. I am more productive.

Pretty good experience..........a bit hard to find state designated forms....I was looking for New York State forms. After google searching with the endword PDFfiller I was successful.

I'm working on several files for which I need to be able to type in the answers as my hands have arthritis in them and that makes it difficult to write. The instructions could be a little clearer. To be honest, I'm a new widow and I wasn't thinking very clearly. I haven't taken the time to read the online instructions so my navigational issues are of my own neglect. I think you have a wonderful product actually.
