Exceptional Support ...I purchased an online PDFfiller annual plan for $120 by mistake. I really only wanted to try it for a month. Necessity for any business
I have to sign releases, NDA's and contracts on a daily basis for my clients. If it wasn't for this software I would be very stuck and not able to do my job without printing and faxing.
What I like most about this software is what it does. If you are in business than you must have this.
What I like least about this software is that they charge. I believe this should be a free download due to many forms and contracts being in a PDF format.

Cancelling a subscription can be an intimidating and anxiety creating experience. NOT WITH THESE PEOPLE!!! Today I logged in to my account. ***** linked in as my Chat contact and in less then 1 minute the subscription was taken care of for me!!!! I have had to fight too many providers about cancelling subscriptions so THIS WAS REFRESHING!!! Such a contrast and it makes me want to stay connected with them if I ever need their services again.Don't hesitate to access their services and products.

It is good but follwoing features may make it much better1. Paragraph eraser would be a great value - right now eraser keeps the gaps between top and below lines. 2. Mass repalcement would be good - search a word or sentence and can replace entire document with new word or text.

Basic PDF Editor
I use it for PDFs for our Escrow files. We have clients sign docs and we can make changes to anything that they send us and then send to them to sign off on it
It is easy and very good for a basic PDF editor. You can make simple changes and save it so it looks exactly like a PDF should. You can add and edit text, highlight, adjust sizing, etc.
It is too basic but i understand that it is not Adobe. I wish I could edit the text that is in the PDF more easily to make it match and all look seamless

How do I amend the articles of association?
Hold a board meeting and resolve to convene a General Meeting and approve a resolution to send to the members. The notice of the meeting must state why the Articles of Association need to be changed and should summarise the main provisions/changes in consequence of the new Articles of Association.
How to modify a table of authorities in Word?
in the Paragraph group on the Home tab. Find the TA field for the entry that you want to modify. To edit or format a table of authorities entry, change the text inside the quotation marks. To update the table of authorities, click to the left of the table of authorities and press F9.

To alter the Article of association of Company By giving Notice of at least 7 days. At the Board meeting, the given resolutions in respect of alteration in AOA must be passed. Get Approval to Alteration in Article of Association and recommending the proposal for members' consideration by way of special resolution.
