Very Easy to use and beneficial. Worth the year subscription. A lot of features to choose from. Everything you need for a functioning office to succeed. Although, I wish the Fax Features would be more affordable a month or included with the yearly subscription. I am paying half the price for Fax with another company but would love to port my number and come on board with PDFfiller for the convenience and functionality of integrating my Faxes along with my other documents all in one place. This program is easy to use, has the forms I needed. Easy fill, print and save. Great online program. Accomplished exactly what I needed to without having to search all over for the forms.

What an awesome product. We use accord forms so often in this office that it is nice to have help!
We like that most accord forms we use are already available from the site, but more so than that, the fact that we can upload our own documents as well. When you have to generate 150 certificates for one client, all different, this program makes that process seamless. The site runs very well, have not had to deal with freezing issues or losing extensive work because it didn't save, the site always saves my work for me. We just couldn't be more happy with the service.
There is not a lot that we do not like about the program, but one thing sticks out for sure. If one of my agents is logged on to the site and another agent logs in, the first agent will usually be kicked off. This was not really even an issue since the system always saved the agents work, and all of my agents will announce now that they are logging in.

CUSTOMER SERVICE THE WAY IT SHOULD BE!!
I was using pdfFiller to edit divorce documents I downloaded from the Court Clerks website. Being able to edit these documents was going to save me around $500 in attorney fees. When it was time to save and print I was directed to purchase the subscription. There are 2 options... you can pay for the whole year at once (paying $8 per month) or you can pay $20 per month and be billed each month. I accidentally authorized the whole year @$96 to be charged to my debit card. This was not my intention but I knew it was going to be such a hassle to get them to refund my money that had already cleared only to spend $20 with them. I contacted support thru the chat option anyway and found I was very wrong in my assumption. I was connected to Ray who in less than 5 minutes had refunded the difference of $76 back to my card and was inquiring if there was anything else I needed help with. This is how customer service should be and very rarely do I experience anyone who should bear the title of a customer service representative. THANK YOU RAY FOR YOUR HELP AND PDFFILLER FOR HIRING COMPETANT ENJOYABLE PEOPLE TO DEAL WITH YOUR CUSTOMERS.

Cancelling a subscription can be an intimidating and anxiety creating experience. NOT WITH THESE PEOPLE!!! Today I logged in to my account. ***** linked in as my Chat contact and in less then 1 minute the subscription was taken care of for me!!!! I have had to fight too many providers about cancelling subscriptions so THIS WAS REFRESHING!!! Such a contrast and it makes me want to stay connected with them if I ever need their services again.Don't hesitate to access their services and products.
