What our customers say about pdfFiller
See for yourself by reading reviews on the most popular resources:
Very good so far except that when I attempt to print completed documents the program changes the orientation of the doc so that it cannot be printed. I've managed a work around, but it's annoying.

It's great to be able to fill out any pdf online. It looks so much more professional. I find the site to be very intuitive and self-explanatory. I've been able to figure out everything I needed just by doing it. I wish the subscription wasn't so expensive though because I don't feel I can afford it. The free trial is a great introduction.

Can you negotiate the price after signing a contract?
Armed with an appraisal report that sets a lower value on the property than the accepted offer, the buyer can choose to either cough up the extra money at the closing, walk away from the deal and get their deposit back or renegotiate the price with the seller.
What happens if the seller doesn't want to fix anything?
Depends on your sales contract. Most common outcomes would be canceling the sale or renegotiate the sale price. (If seller refuses to fix) Read the sales contract you signed and see if sale is contingent on satisfactory inspection. Consult your Realtor or real estate lawyer.
Can you change offer price after inspection?
Essentially yes, you can always negotiate after a home inspection but whether or not the seller will agree to your negotiations is another matter. During the home purchase process, time is extremely valuable.
What happens if a seller does not respond?
While some sort of response is typical, there is nothing illegal or unethical if a seller does not respond. A seller may dismiss an offer altogether if they believe it to be unreasonable, incomplete, or otherwise not in their best interests.
Can a seller say no to repairs?
You, as a seller, are not required to do anything. Every house is explicitly stated in the purchase contract as being sold AS-IS, no matter what is dug up in the inspections. Furthermore, you as a seller are not required to even respond to any request for repairs you receive.
How do you deal with a stubborn seller?
5 Tips to Close the Deal with A Stubborn Seller Discover What the Seller Wants. The first thing to do as the buyer's agent is to discover what it is that the sellers want. Be Willing to Waive Contingencies. Come to The Table Prepared. Offer the Seller a Rent-Back. Get Creative Connections and Expertise.
Is it normal to negotiate after an inspection?
A home inspection is your best tool for negotiating a home sale. After going through the home inspection report with your realtor, bring up the concerns to a home seller. You can ask the seller to make repairs or do maintenance before the sale closes. You can also negotiate a lower price instead.
What to do if the seller won't negotiate?
If a seller still refuses to negotiate, it leaves you with three main options: Accept the house as is. Re-evaluate your position and take another shot at negotiating. Walk away from the deal.
