I absolutely LOVE this program. However, I hate the pop-ups with the NEXT button. This isn't a feature that I need, and is very annoying. Please add an option to turn off this feature.

What do you like best?
I am able to take a pdf file and change to a jpeg very easily. This allows me to change pdf file so it can be put on FaceBook. I also use it to make corrections instantly when it will take a day or two to get someone else to send it. I simply erase the incorrect data and type in the correct.

I have found that the program is not intuitive and there is a fairly large learning curve. I still don't know all the functionality, but what I know it will do make it worth it to me.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Good program and a great price. Well worth it!!

Excellent cloud based software that I am able to use on any computer!
Easily able to share between documents that are signed between multiple people.
I love that I am able to use the software on any computer or phone with ease along with signing PDF documents!
I would like if I could create boxes easier that were adjustable fields rather than just having a single section.

PDF filler is VERY easy to use
PDF filler is VERY easy to use. The only sticky point for me sometimes is finding forms. There is a library connected to the app but I often find the forms there confusing. So I google them and import.

MY experience with pdf Filler is really good, am able to create PDF faster and easier. Software is user friendly.
Not many cons yet, it has bugged a few times where i need to get out and start over but that has been my only issue.

What to say in a performance improvement plan?
Your PIP should include measurable objectives that are specific to the employee's role. This could be about processing a particular number of data sets accurately, improving time management, or any other quantifiable performance goals relevant to the employee's job responsibilities.
Do people come back from pip?
PIPs are beatable, says Henderson. “You can absolutely come back from a PIP if you are with an organization that means a lot to you, you love your job, and you really want to keep it, then take the PIP seriously.”
Does pip lead to termination?
No, a PIP does not necessarily lead to a termination. However, if an employee fails to meet the work performance goals outlined in the Performance Improvement Plan, then the employer has the right to terminate the employee as per the given notice period.
