Easy to use
Easy to use - I was trying to redact parts of a document and adobe left me hanging even after rebooting, updating, etc. It was a breeze using pdfFiller instead and I encountered no issues and the process was so simple and clear.

I enjoy using pdfFiller.As with free products, sometimes the function is limited. However, I think that it is a good investment. You can do much with pdfFiller. Notably the reason I rated pdfFiller 4 stars rather than 5 stars is a small (but important to me) reason:PDF Filler has color options for its highlights and pens for annotation, yet compared to some of the other apps and programs, I was slightly disappointed with the display of some of the color options especially with the highlights.Otherwise, this is a great device. I tried the software and then cancelled…
I tried the software and then cancelled it. For me it was too challenging to use. However they still charged my account for a year up front. I didn't authorize that. I called and requested a refund and they gave one right away, so they said. It was just today I requested a refund so I will check my account in a few days to see if they actually sent it. If you don't see a complaint from me here on Trust Pilot then PDFFiller honored my request. My name is MarioV.

What made my experience great is that it was simple and easy to use, I had only used docusign once before and decided to try pdfFiller for some court papers that needed electronically signed immediately. It is super user friendly. Great pricing after the 30 day free trial. But my favorite part is the set up and how many different things you can easily do!!!!
