What is an Excel file?

An Excel file is a spreadsheet created using Microsoft Excel, a software program used for data organization, calculation, and analysis. These files can store numbers, text, charts, and formulas, often leading to large file sizes, especially when they contain complex data or numerous worksheets.

Why is reducing Excel size to less than 1 MB essential for document management?

Reducing the size of Excel files is crucial for efficient document management because smaller files are easier to share, upload, and download. Compression levels in pdfFiller can vary based on user requirements. Users can usually choose between high, medium, and low compression options depending on how much they wish to reduce the file size. Customization allows control over which elements to compress - such as images, graphs, or hidden data - ensuring vital information is retained.

There have been a few times I have been frustrated because I can't access my documents. Get an error message but other than those 2 times I am extremely satisfied with it

I am very impressed at the features, especially being able to combine pdf files and edit files. I find navigating to and from the 'My Forms' area a bit clunky. The 'save as' feature takes forever to achieve, too many steps for a file that is already created. For my business, it would be a huge benefit to be able to print out a confirmation page when my faxes have been sent and received. I like to keep such confirmations with the files as proof. All in all, I love the program and am thankful for such a convenient and manageable product.

PDFfiller was easy to use. PDFfiller allowed me to edit and submit my application easily without much effort. PDFfiller allowed me to move the curser to start typing over the form questions. While this was not a hindrance it did take time to get the curser back to where it needed to be to complete the application. This small flaw was not enough to prevent me from using the application.

Thank you so much for the opportunity… Thank you so much for the opportunity to use pdfFiller it was useful but due to difficulty of internet connection in our place and seldom I use the application, I have decided to cancel. Rest assured that I would also recommend it to my officemates.

Smooth fillable process Smooth fillable process. It's just the end of the process, saving the document and accessing it that I still need to get used to. I don't feel too comfortable as I feel like my documents are not easily accessible if I forget my password. I guess it's a matter of getting used to. Also is there a charge sometime in the future for this?

I am very impressed with PDF filler and its features. i am not the most computer literate person and i do have a bit of trouble navigating around the program so a demo of some kind would help me a lot if there is one that i can watch. I guess its just a case of playing around with it but there's probably loads of easy shortcuts that i could use if i knew about them .

What do you like best? Easy to use when you need a fast, effective solution. What do you dislike? The email interface is a little cumbersome, but still very usable. Recommendations to others considering the product: Easy to use and deploy. No licensing to worry about and no updates! What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Filling out and modifying .pdf's. Also applying my signature to documents.
