I like it but I still don't get the refined product I am using plus in the ad, it said "$6/month" when they charged me it was $20. How come?

The log in process is a little clunky. I have not been able to copy paste a field in the template creator. I have 30 fields or so that will each have the same sized field, I should be able to duplicate the specific field a number of times and paste. No?

Below is a list of the most common customer questions. If you can’t find an answer to your question, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
To make your GIF as efficient as possible: Crop any extra space around the image. When you prepare a GIF image, reduce the output dimensions. Reduce the number of colors in the image. Reduce the number of frames in the image for animated GIFs. If you use Photoshop, create a GIF file by using the Export As menu item.
The best way to reduce the size of your GIF file is to reduce the size of the image. You can do this by inputing a custom Canvas size located in the canvas setting menu. You can also adjust the compression level within the export settings menu that appears after selecting "Export GIF" button.
GIF compressor optimizes GIFs using Gifsicle and Lossy GIF encoder, which implements lossy LZW compression. It can reduce the animated GIF file size by 30%—50% at the cost of some dithering/noise. You can adjust the compression level with a simple slider to get the best result for your use case.
The source format of GIF (98 KB) is quite heavy. By using f_auto, we can deliver this image as an AVIF (14.6 KB), WebP (16.1 KB) or JPEG-2000 (21.0 KB) to the client browser.
Keep it short . The fewer the frames of animation, the shorter your GIF will be and the smaller your image file size will be. Big win. Remove unnecessary frames from your GIF as the human eye can't detect the most minute movement, so removing every third frame from an imported video GIF is perfectly acceptable.
