Thought I might have to talk to them in person, but they answer and respond quickly through chat and do everything they can to help you right away. When I just had to get my material out right away and short on funds allowed me to try out the program just a few days after I explained my difficulty. Thanks to this app I am able to edit my PDFs so easily. This helps a lot in my corporate life. I do not know what I would do without it. my favorite feature is the one that allows me to edit the order of the pages, and merge PDFs together.
