The forms are easier to provide typed information into rather than trying to write it in and not having enough space. It's also easier to delete and correct mistakes rather than try using white-out with ink pen entry.

FPDF FILLER EXCELLENT TOOL. IT WOULD BE NICE IF WE COULD ADD A PAGE TO AN EXISTING DOCUMENT SO THAT IT ALSO BECOMES PART OF THE ORIGINAL DOCUMENT. IF THE THERE ARE FOR EXAMPLE 10 PAGES UPLOADED AND I WANT TO INSERT A PAGE IN FRONT OR IN BACK OF SAY PAGE 7 THEN I COULD MAKE IT A COMPETE DOCUMENT WITH THE PROPER INSERT. OR IF I COULD DELETE A PAGE FROM THE 10 PAGES AND INSERT A NEW PAGE IN THE PROPER INSERTION POINT.

LibreOffice is getting better in terms of performance and fidelity, the performance is mostly ok for me now. Plus LibreOffice can do regular expressions, and CSV is really good. The best working alternative to Microsoft Office in Linux is either German brand Softmaker Office (attached screenshots) or Office 2010 on WINE/Crossover. Second best is OnlyOffice (free and open source as below). Libre/OpenOffice's are just not up to 2021 visual and aesthetical standards.
