So far I absolutely love it. I figured out that I can have my clients sign things electronically through this and I swear that alone makes it worth its weight in gold!

Below is a list of the most common customer questions. If you can’t find an answer to your question, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
Steps to cancel an electricity contract Check your terms and conditions. If you can't find them, call your electricity supplier (or broker). As long as the cut-off date is in the future, you can send a termination notice to your supplier at anytime.
What happens if I want to end my contract before the termination date? You won't be able to cancel a business energy contract (without incurring penalties at the discretion of the supplier) unless you have a valid reason for doing so such as moving business premises.
Know your contract Make sure you know the terms of your current contract. Most business deals do not offer a cooling-off period (this is the option of cancelling a contract within a certain amount of days after it is agreed). This includes when you have agreed to the contract over the telephone.
Leave Plenty of Time Although most utility companies can turn services on or off in as little as 48 hours, you should plan to schedule your utilities service termination at least two weeks in advance of your move.
Switch energy providers near the end of your contract Before you switch, as your supplier if they are currently offering any deals. Most suppliers don't charge exit fees if you simply switch to another of their tariffs. If your supplier has a good deal on offer, ask about switching without penalty.
In most cases, it's around 17 days. If you change your mind, you have 14 days to cancel from the date you agree a contract. You must contact the supplier to cancel any contract.
After the cooling-off period has lapsed, you can still cancel the contract at any time, but you may have to pay a cancellation fee particularly if you've taken a fixed deal. However, even with a fixed-term deal, you can switch without penalty in the last 49 days of your fixed tariff.
Steps to cancel an electricity contract If you can't find them, call your electricity supplier (or broker). As long as the cut-off date is in the future, you can send a termination notice to your supplier at anytime. This will ensure that you are free to switch supplier at the end of your contract.
