What do you like best?
Program is very intuitive and easy to use. I spend less than 10 mins to recreate a document for Customers and it makes a world of difference.

I don't think I have any dislike...or at least none that I've come across too.

Change the message format for all messages You can configure Outlook so that all new e-mail messages use the message format of your choice. On the Tools menu, click Options, and then click the Mail Format tab. In to Compose in this message format list, click the format that you want.
How do I change outlook to classic view?
Open Outlook, then click the View tab. Click the drop-down arrow next to the Message Preview button in the navigation ribbon. Click Off in the Message Preview menu to disable the display of the first line in the message. Click the View tab, then click View Settings.
Why is my Outlook email in plain text?
If you select the Read all standard mail in plain text option, however, Outlook formats your reply in plain text. Or you can click the Infowar, change the format of the message to HTML or Rich Text, and then reply. If you change the format of the message, the reply is formatted with the new display format.
How do I stop Outlook from converting to plain text?
Select the Trust Center Settings button. Select Email Security in the left pane. In the Read as Plain Text section, check the Read all standard mail in plain text to disable received messages from being viewed as HTML and view email in plain text only. Uncheck it to allow HTML messages.
