It's a great solution for my business needs. We are constantly filling out PDF or MS WORD based forms, be they applications, requests, official government forms, etc... My subscription allows me to now more quickly and professionally, turn-around those important documents. Those same documents, before the PDF-filler subscription, were always hand signed, if not hand filled out completely, then manually scanned into our systems and sent back to the interested party via email. Now I just edit any official document(s) I receive, with tools that keep them looking professional and consistent, and send them back to the desired place either via email or by sharing them, with easily 75% less effort and 75% less time than our previous methods for achieving for the same outcome. I am very happy with our subscription and have had my wife buy one for her own personal use.

Below is a list of the most common customer questions. If you can’t find an answer to your question, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
Fold change is calculated simply as the ratio of the difference between final value and the initial value over the original value. Thus, if the initial value is A and final value is B, the fold change is (B — A)/A or equivalently B/A — 1.
Divide the new amount of an item by the original amount to determine the fold change for an increase. ... Divide the original amount by the new amount to determine the fold change for a decrease. ... Find the fold change in experiment results by dividing the data from the experimental group by the data from the control group.
if there is a twofold increase (fold change=2, Log2FC=1) between A and B, then A is twice as big as B (or A is 200% of B). If there is a twofold decrease (fold change = 0.5, Log2FC= -1) between A and B, then A is half as big as B (or B is twice as big as A, or A is 50% of B).
Fold change is a measure describing how much a quantity changes between an original and a subsequent measurement. ... More ambiguous is fold decrease, where, for instance, a decrease of 50% between two measurements would generally be referred to a “half-fold change” rather than a “2-fold decrease”.
adj three times as great or many a threefold increase Synonyms: three-fold, treble, triple multiple. Having or involving or consisting of more than one part or entity or individual.
The log2(fold-change) is the log-ratio of a gene's or a transcript's expression values in two different conditions. While comparing two conditions each feature you analyze gets (normalized) expression values. This value can be zero and thus lead to undefined ratios.
log2 fold change explanation. ... If we use log2(fold change), fold changes lower than 1 (when B > A) become negative, while those greater than 1 (A > B) become positive. Now the values are symmetrical, and it's easier to see fold changes in both directions on one plot.
A fold change of 1 = 100% gene expression relative to your control, meaning there is no change between the experimental group and the control group. Anything above 1 is showing up regulation relative to the control (1.5 = 150%, 2 = 200%, 10 = 1,000%, etc.). Anything below 1 is deregulation relative to the control.
Fold change is a measure describing how much a quantity changes going from an initial to a final value. For example, an initial value of 30 and a final value of 60 corresponds to a fold change of 1 (or equivalently, a change to 2 times), or in common terms, a one-fold increase.
Harbin Medical University. In my opinion, the fold change between 0 and 0.5 means experimental vs control condition decrease more than 2 folds, if the fold change between 0.5 to 1 means no difference in two groups. 11th Nov, 2013.
