I must admit, I'm very grateful to the leadership of this organization; and the quickness in resolving issues raised by subscribers, like me. This is my second year of being a part of this wonderful and truly a required program for someone like me in my Income Tax Preparation Organization. Your services is quality and the availability of your program is impeccable. Without you I would be lost trying to prepare 1099MISC for my small business clients. Thanks for your continued supports and availability of your support staffs.. Truly yours Max Taylor p.s I noticed that you have a Massachusetts phone number .. I'm actually from Cambridge, MA and attended Bentley(college) University in Waltam, where I studied Accounting&Finance and now runs my own tax preparations and financial services firm here in Northern Virginia.

Below is a list of the most common customer questions. If you can’t find an answer to your question, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
Resolution. The resolution of a measurement system is the smallest yet to distinguish different in values. The specified resolution of an instrument has no relation to the accuracy of measurement.
Take the average of the measurements and the difference is between it and the true value is accuracy. Resolution can be expressed in two ways: 1. It is the ratio between the maximum signal measured to the smallest part that can be resolved — usually with an analog-to-digital (A/D) converter.
Resolution. Resolution is the image quality produced by a printer or displayed on a monitor. With monitors, the resolution is measured by the number of pixels horizontal by pixels vertically as shown in the picture. Printers also have a measure of resolution called DPI (dots per inch).
Since the advent of digital multimeters (DMM), all the measurement displays have digits. Resolution is the level of detail that is quantifiable on a DMM. The higher the number of DMM display digits, the higher the resolution of the DMM. It is common to see handheld Dams with display digits of 3 ½ digits and 4 Â1⁄2 digits.
Range It can be defined as the measure of the instrument between the lowest and highest readings it can measure. A thermometer has a scale from 40 °C to 100°C.
Accuracy is how close a reported measurement is to the true value being measured. Resolution is the smallest change that can be measured. (Typically, accuracy specifications are stated as a plus-minus range.) The gauge on top has finer resolution.
In electronic instrumentation, resolution is a measure of the distance in amplitude at which we can distinguish between two points on a waveform. This is not the same as accuracy, which is a measure of how closely a waveform as displayed or measured agrees with the signal at the instrument's input.
Take the average of the measurements and the difference is between it and the true value is accuracy. Resolution can be expressed in two ways: 1. It is the ratio between the maximum signal measured to the smallest part that can be resolved — usually with an analog-to-digital (A/D) converter.
