What do you like best? This program makes it very easy to enter data into pre-printed forms instead of using a typewriter. What do you dislike? Sometimes there will be a data box over another data box and it makes it difficult to change information. Also, when you highlight and change or add to preexisting words the formatting changes and you can not change it back to look like the original What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Not having to ever use a typewriter is the best benefit. Having all of my previous files stored is highly appreciated.

The Working Time Directive (LTD) was intended to protect workers' health and safety by setting minimum requirements in relation to working hours, rest periods, and entitlement to paid annual leave.
The Working Time Regulations create a basic set of rights for the time people work, particularly 28 days paid holidays, a right to 20-minute paid breaks for each 6 hours worked, a right to weekly rest of at least one full 24-hour period, and the right to limit the working week to 48 hours.
In 1998, the Working Time Regulations came into force and with them the right to some basic entitlements such as time off and holiday pay. But the regulations are complicated. They do not necessarily apply to everyone and can be opted out of and varied by contractual agreements.
